- Thanks to Franklin for popping back into libeRebil for an update on his extremely neat Nissan Sentra Twin Cam! The old CA18 hit a bearing knock which forced him to to the conversion! Safe to say it was a success going SR20!

Amazing, my uncle built one of these in the early 2000's, and I remember him clearly getting advice from a Nissan mach and was told "it won't fit" . Me standing there trying to fix my bicycle looked amazed at what my uncle was trying to accomplish.
My uncle proved him wrong. Had a matalic blue and full leather.

Where have those days gone!!? I remember 1991 my buddy Henk who had a black standard 1.8 16V and my sister's boyfriend's dad who had a blue one. They were dynamite! I can just imagine what it's like with the SR20. They always had a ping noise when revs were too low when accelerating. This sounds AMAAAZING!!!

Niyaaz I actually had a very good friend of mine who did a VVL conversion into a box shape Sentra and damn that thing was quick. Unfortunately he passed on and no one knows what happened to the car, we think his niece bought it to keep his legacy but whether it still exists, I don't know. But yoh that VVL conversion was done the right way bru. Defs something Franklin must consider. Keep up the good work bru..... Liberebil...out!
