The compensation agreement. In my opinion, it is unnecessary because that should be inside the purchase & sale agreement, negotiated by buyer and seller. In my opinion, there's no need for an extra form.

Will there be an amendment to the buyer rep agreement? I can totally see future cases where agents will want to amend after the fact. (Extension, compensation, etc)
Refer to the TNR email you received. There is now and amendment to the buyer rep agreement.
