Honestly, I really liked the kind of subtle, pro-Capitalist message (I know some people on gamefaqs wouldn't call it subtle, but I think it is) of Partitio's story. It's just so cool that uses his merchant talents to convince a billionaire to invest in his ideals, and it pays off in such a satisfying manner.

Every single boss fight except for Griff was hilarious with Partitio. The tiny dog becomes a massive beast, you fight a dude and a literal steam engine, then you fight a choo choo train.
So the best part about the dog is that it might not be a giant dog. All of the boss sprites are exaggerated in size to show more detail, and as a homage to some of the older Final Fantasy games, which did the same things. This is to say... the boss fight was just someone's pitbull. A really strong pitbull, but just a normal sized dog which is honestly way funner.

Just finished Partitio's chapter. I wonder if his prototype is the Parsi merchants. They both see earning money as an aim as bring happiness to everyone (while the Parsi have their religious reasons), spent huge amount of own money on social development selfishness (which is quite different with the capitalists nowadays). The Parsi religion worshiping holy fire just like the religion in this game. And the resemble of the name between Partitio and Parsi.
Plenty of capitalists claim to do strive for Partitio wants, though it's mostly performative and you can't tell if they're being genuine or not most of the time. Partitio's unique because he 1. genuinely wanted to help people and 2. actually had the charisma and talent of selling people things to make it come true.
