हरि ॐ 🙏🌺😊 शुभ दोपहर हमें ब्रेक पेड़ के उत्पादन में जाना चाहते हैं पर धन और ज्ञान कि कमी से इस तरफ नहीं पओहओच पा रहे हैं क्या तुम तुम्हारे कंपनी में नोकरी दे सकते हो हमें अब तक इसका जवाब नहीं मिला क्या करें
This seems to be the worst method to manufacture brake pads. Ideally brake material should be fused with notches and spikes on the backing plate. And the plate should be galvanized to prevent rust. And also a rubber coated metal plate should be added on the backing plate to make sure there's no vibration or noise being passed through. I can't believe a component so important as brake pads aren't protected from rust!
