  • Do it Yourself oil change, save money. An important part of your tune up. Save money purchasing full synthetic oil by purchasing Supertech brand which is half the price of other popular name brands. Doing it yourself saves at least $60 since most shops cost more than that for full synthetic oil change. Please Subscribe if not already done. Like, and share with your friends.

    Great vid mate!
My 2008 V6 Holden VE Commodore 60th anniversary edition has a top mounted cartridge filter that is easy to change just with a 23mm socket and does not drop any oil during the change.
I use Penrite HPR5 Extra 10 (5W-40) full synthetic oil which I change every 10000km, but I also change the oil filter every 5000km because they are cheap and easy to change up in the engine bay.
I check the oil level on the dipstick about 15 seconds after turning off the warmed up engine.
    Regards, Jas.

Hey my Ford F-150 89 4.9 crank has sparks and stick while cranking has not start since the head gasket change.

I would check for fuel. Fuel pressure at fuel rail to see if pump failed. Also, crank for a minute, pull a spark plug and check for fuel on plug. Just a few things. Check sensors to see if they are all plugged in? One sensor not plugged in could prevent start.
