Join us as we visit Malbork Castle (UNESCO) touring the inside, exterior and interior of the largest brick castle in the world measured by land area as a day trip from Tricity area, Poland.
After starting our Poland travel adventure in the south of Poland we left the Tatra Mountains in the south of Poland (Zakopane) and made our way up North via Warsaw. Now we have checked into a fabulous palace Relais & Châteaux Hotel Quadrille in Gdynia. Gdynia is part of Gdynia is a port city on the Baltic coast of Poland and is part of the Tricity, or Tri-City consisting of three cities: Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot. They are situated adjacent to one another, in a row on the coast of Gdańsk Bay, Baltic Sea.

Malbork Castle also known as the Castle of the Teutonic Order in Malbork (Polish: zamek w Malborku; German: Ordensburg Marienburg) built by the Teutonic Knights (religious order of crusaders) in the 13th century, it is a medieval brick castle constructed in the Gothic style. The castle expanded a few times as the number of knights grew. As you can imagine the grounds of the castle are massive and budgeting a full day if you're coming from Gdansk is highly recommended. The Castle has an area of 143,591 square meters, making it the biggest brick castle in the world.

@@TheBarti93 On average is more like 800 €. If you compare it to western countries it is not that much but if you compare it to the whole world is really good money. And you shouldn’t even compare like that. They earn more but everything there is more expensive. It is not the money you earn what is important, but what is important is how far you can go with it. Look at people, houses, infrastructure, safety, cleanliness. Those are the signs that show if country is reach or not. Poland is really high on the list in those categories.

I recommend Sopot - beautiful beaches - very cheap, they cook tasty and people are very nice and especially kind. I recommend everyone to come to Sopot and visit Gdańsk, Gdynia, Malbork immediately.

I'm trying to catch up on all your vlogs and just watched your motorcycle trek through a Philippine village to the highest point in Cebu. Guys please be careful in your travels. I know this was a while ago, but the Philippines has one of the highest crime rates in the world. Whether there or other locations, horrific things have happened to tourists who've ventured off to explore the road less traveled in certain countries. People have even disappeared. I love your content and will become a patron. But please don't take unnecessary chances venturing into secluded areas or certain neighborhoods in select countries, in an effort to secure content. I won't trouble you with the travel horror stories and events I've heard or seen over the years. I will just ask that you please, please, please be careful.
