Everything looks good. I think some decorative baskets under the Lego table would be a nice addition it would make it instead of having them loosely scattered

What about adding some clear bins to hold his Lego stuff? That way he could pull them out when he’s playing. I only suggest this because my son had a similar set up when he was a kid. 🙂

I tried to get him to do some kind of baskets and he said he didn’t want them. And he’s not the kind of kid to keep them organized 🤣
Loving the blue for a boys room. I think adding casters to his lego table and the toy chest to get it lifted off the floor would look great. The casters would add an industrial look that would go well with the colors you have in there. Looking forward to next weeks video.
I love your suggestion of adding casters! I kept thinking the tables were too short. Surprised I didn’t think of it I put casters on everything. But also I think she needs shorting bins underneath to sort out the different Legos by size and if there are any specialty pieces instead of just throwing them all willy-nilly. It would make it a lot easier when he is trying to build something for him to find what he’s looking for.
Hesitant to add casters because I actually don’t want him pushing it all over the room and banging into walls. I asked him if he wanted baskets for the Legos and he said no. 🤷🏼♀️
@@KelseyRomitoDIY I can understand why you might be worried about him pushing it into a wall or doing something else with a friend and having an accident. 👍

I was not sure about the color, but seeing on the walls I loved it!! In my opinion it made the bed smaller with the wall color 😘❤️

I love the dark blue for your son's room, I did a similar color for one of my son's bedroom as well. Great idea for the nerf guns! I miss those days, my youngest of 4 is 27 (3 boys, 1 girl.)

I have one. It was my fault- my camera was on the wrong setting which made it dark.
Got soical on our back about my son they saying my home not ready for him so thinking of doing everything up and starting again on the home

Yep it wasn’t easy for me to give up control but he was 100% right. So glad I went outside my comfort zone.

What is your opinion about bunk beds my wife is thinking of getting the kids bunk beds the boys are 5 and 6 do you recommend them what kind of covers do you have on the mattresses under mattresses under the sheets are they waterproof
My son has had his bunk beds for about 6 years now and he loves them. Saves so much space in the room. My son just has sheets on his mattresses. They’re not allowed to eat in their rooms and he’s never had issues with accidents so I haven’t had to worry about that too much.
Can I know your ceiling height? I am thinking about getting bunk bed for my kids, but I am worried they will bump into the ceiling. Your bunk bed seems to have decent space on the top.

Did you have to cut in twice for the two coats or is that just for the first coat?
I cut in twice but the second time I didn’t have to be quite as precise.
