I love a realistic uni results video hahahaha because this video was ME 😭 I scraped on at 2:1 and I was convinced I was getting a 2:2 so I was buzzing. Called my mum and sobbed down the phone and she thought I had been attacked or something 😭 well done lewys!!!
I feel like lecturers have been so harsh with grading considering we pretty much had to finish our degree alone. mine gave my dissertation a bad mark because I didn’t use a book she wanted me to despite the library being shut, it not being available as an ebook and it being about £40 online 🙃 do I look like I’m made of money angela???
Don't forget when 90% of your feedback is about the referencing technicalities, not like anything you actually wrote....

@@ChloeTravels1998 Whether it is or isn't. It's a barrier to education that shouldn't be there. £40 is a lot of money for some people, so please don't make such a sweeping statement. Yes, people get student loans, but depending on their personal circumstances (parental income, if they are a mature student and have kids and other bills/commitments) that money might be spent elsewhere on things needed to live and essentials.
Plus, people are already spending £27,000 (£9,000 x 3 years) for a degree. So, in my opinion, shouldn't have to be paying on top for a book especially given the current circumstances with corona where peoples income may be reduced if they had a job outside uni.
Until recently, I was pretty financially stable and I'd think twice about spending £40 on a book I would never use again. Never mind people who aren't. Money should never be a barrier to a good education even in Higher Education where it becomes a choice.
Seems to me so many people are making excuses about why they didn't do as well as they should have. Honestly, I don't believe for a second that you got a bad mark just because you didn't get a book your tutor wanted. Some of the excuses people come out with. Should have worked harder.
