in my experience sri lankan airlines is the best national airline of whole subcontinent ... better than air india pakistan international airways bangladesg biman royal nepal bhutan air. sri lanken airlines best of them .. truly world class airline.
The feelings you get while watching this is just awesome. But I suggest you to do the same kind of service to India and Middle East as well. Proud Srilankan 😍😍😍

I flew twice with Sri Lankan (Frankfurt-Hong Kong and Beijing-London). The service and food were great, the seat a bit uncomfortable, overall excellent value for money. Only negative experience was the boarding during the transit in Colombo: The woman during boarding treated me like a second-class person (didn't smile or look at me at all unlike all the other passengers, treated two people behind me first even though they were clearly behind me in the queue.) I hope this was only a one-time incidence, will fly with them again this July.

Personally my favourite Airline I have ever flown with, from the heart. I love Sri Lankan Airlines so much. 🥹 The crew have always gone out of their way to help our family and always feel welcomed and comfortable, especially when I was pregnant and when we flew with our 6 month old. ❤️ Their hospitality is impeccable. Can’t fault honestly. ⭐️
