  • This short clip explains the functionality of the Remote Sensor which is delivered with every Eva ultrasonic humidifier. The Remote Sensor is far more than just a remote control. It helps you to operate the unit and in addition, it has a humidity sensor built in. This sensor allows you to measure the humidity level where you need it to be measured. This Remote Sensor resolves the problem of the "microclima" surrounding most ultrasonic humidifiers. A real game changer in humdiity measuring.
From 09.09.21, air humidifier Eva from Stadler Form is new available with Wi-Fi.

Purchased, followed instructions. Instantly seeing 2 dots (cannot connect with remote sensor) on the base unit with no interference between remote sensor and base unit.

Hey Aaron, this means that you see the two dots but the remote works just fine? In any case (remote working or not), please get in touch with the point of purchase to have your unit looked at. I am sure that's something that can be rectified/repaired. Have a great day. Best regards from Samuel @ Stadler Form.

How do you put the batteries in please? There is no manual and not instructions. Thank you

Hey @Billie Morris: Thank you for asking this important question: You take the remote sensor from its metal base and then you can open the battery compartment from the bottom. Just turn the cover to open, insert batteries and close it again. Hope this makes sense for you. Let us know, if you have further questions. All the best from Samuel @ Stadler Form.

Is there any way that I can control the humidifier through an app or api, for example by using a wifi-connected radio emitter?

    • @stadlerform

Hey Ekkel Ekkelt, thank you for your message. No, currently there is no such function built in. However, the adaptive humidification mode (auto-mode) will control the unit for you without the need of any further app or API. Maybe that something that could help you already. Have a great day!

When my humidifier is running it will stop humidifying even though it hasn't reached set point and the digital readout that tells you current humidity and what the hydro stat is set at starts to count upward till it gets to 90, flashes at 90 for a while and then counts back down to the humidity level in the room and starts humidifying again . Why is it doing this?

Hi @jackwilliam6196 I assume that you mean the device Eva and not the remote sensor. You can try two things. Firstly, clean the water tank thoroughly and decalcify it. Secondly, if you have an anticalc cartridge in use, you can remove it and try using the device without it. If you have any further questions, you can also contact our customer service team directly via service@stadlerform.com
