I re-visited this property in April 2023 and checked up on this exact elevator car. The racket noise, whatever the cause, was addressed and repaired.

That indicator’s honestly a bit much, it fits in better with the cab than the standard Series 4 indicator tho

That's actually quite a good point you bring up. A custom standard indicator would have been more fitting.
