Great video and great list of foods only thing I would change is use coconut sugar instead of brown because it has lower glycemic index, olive oil is not best for cooking, its good for salad dressing, avocado oil or coconut oil is good for cooking and nut milk instead of whole milk extremely inflammatory ❤️🙂

red meat is needed to boost blood production then as vegetarian struggling with endometrium doctor suggested to start to eat chicken and red meat to increase protein intake and boost blood production - after 30 years of vegetarian I meet blood deficiency.
