R/GA woul really help TCS to explore into new domains, As i remember many IT sectors are BFSI, This would give in Roads to new domains across different countries as this company is into digital marketing and TCS would defintely benefit from it.

IT companies have over valued liabilities and under valued assets.its high time that top management accept this fact, break the cartel of unproductive middle management.everyone's contribution to delivery must be quantified . unfortunately the valuable assets are thrown under the bus during stretched times.this vicious cycle must be stopped.

Quite insightful " Inorganic growth " is a quick way for companies to expand through mergers, acquisitions, or takeovers. It offers faster results compared to organic growth. However, it poses a higher risk as it is prone to dynamic behaviour in the market, so it maybe a good strategy for a short run but can't agree if it would be for the long run.
