The Flic chemical kit is clearly superior to those from Cinestill, etc., because it includes a stop bath, which allows a real, close tolerance development time, as well as separate bleach and fixer. This much reduces the prospect of less than a complete bleach, and therefore a less than complete fix. Good on those guys for doing it right!

You made some mistakes in developing too, as there are visible color crossovers. There are two common reasons for this - deviation in temperature and fixer in developer.

Can you please tell me what the little hole with the tube is on the side of the temperature bath is? It doesn’t mention it in the manual
