- In this video, I will show you a tried and tested method to raise the height of the handlebar of your Royal Enfield Himalayan. Which I have been personally using for the past 10 months and it works perfectly fine with no changes to the cables and the best part it just cost me Rs 280 to get it done.

Hi bro, I think the NS200 comes with clip on handlebars. So I guess this method will not work on it.
But somehow if you have installer a regular handlebar than it might work.
Is this jugaad reliable while off-roading?
Well from personal experience, I’ve taken it serious and easy off-roading and Multiple times I’ve dropped the bike while doing that as well and the Jugad seems to have held it self up well!👌
Surprisingly so well that the handle bar has a bend due to the fall but the jugad is intact!

Bro please help me to solve handle bar pulling issue, my Himalayan is very uncomfortable to ride, right arm pains a lot, it pulls towards right and right part of the bar is slightly taller, did alignment also but same issue
I have the exact same thing. Tried everything but nothing is working. I will change the handlebar itself, that is the only option I guess.

Well if you or someone dropped the bike and the handlebar is bent than you might face that problem otherwise, it’s most probably because of the cone set bearings, greese them or put new once, be sure to put the new NTN bearings they are amazing! Have replaced the handle bar also,same issue, replaced T also, don't know what to do now
Tighten your spokes. Tap on each spoke if it sounds a bright ‘tann’ its fine, if it sounds ‘takk’ tighten it.

Hey bro! From personal experience yes, it is safe I’ve been using it for more than a year now. I’ve had gone on multiple rides with it on good and bad roads and have also dropped the bike a few times my handle bar has bent but this jugad has stayed! Hope this helps bro! Do subscribe and share!😁
