  • Love red wine?? This red wine chocolate cake is simply the best for all wine lovers out there! I know it sounds a little wild, but I promise that the chocolate and red wine in this cake pair so well together. It's simply delicious!!
My red wine chocolate cake recipe adds red wine in the cake batter, the buttercream, and even into a simple syrup!

Do you use specific spatulas? I know that's a random question but I havent had luck with finding some good ones!

I like different types for different things, but these are the ones I use the most often when baking! I get them on amazon, here's the link: amzn.to/2WOnXzD
I love them because they're heat resistant, and don't get gunk in them since they're one solid piece of silicone!! I also love the fun colors :)

Looks amazing. Just one question, I see you use the whisk on your mixer to mix ingredients, as many others use the paddle attachement . Any particular reason for this.

Could we substitute the half of cup of milk for a whole cup of wine? #I hope this question doesn’t go unnoticed ☺️

Haha i totally did! I made the original version of this in 2016, but I used red velvet cake layers. I wanted to revamp the recipe to use actual red wine, so I remade it to take it to the next level :)

Is there a reason you use the whisk attachment instead of the paddle attachment when you make the batter?

You don’t say how much wine you put into the frosting.
