What rubbish is jide saying? Sanusi approached the federal court for his freedom of movement;fundamental human rights. Did he ask the court to reinstate him as the Emir of Kano ? Let us be truthful , the judge gave a rogue judgement , confusing the whole world . I am also shocked that Jide was saying the repealed law went through 1st , 2nd, and 3rd reading on the same day.

You are very correct sir. In fact, the federal government and the federal court have zero jurisdiction in this case. The constitution gives the exclusive rights in this case to the states. The court cannot make laws unless they want to illegally amend the constitution.

The restraining Court order... The case was filed on the 23rd, 3pm, while the judge was in United States on holidays, and without any hearing, the Court order was issued same day, on the 23rd. A clerk must have signed off the order imitating the judge's signature, bcuz the signature on the order was irregular, looks very different with the judge's regular signature on other orders signed by him. If it was a bank cheque, the presenter would be arrested for fraud - it was that irregular. Anyway, the Court order was obviously purchased. It was given same time the case was filed and without hearing. The issuing Judge was outside the country. Like a cartoon. That was not a Court order, that was a show of shame. It was obviously purchased!
It would have been okay if the Judge has heard the case and only issued the Order electronically, from the USA like the next day after due analysis, that would have been okay, but in this case, the Judge didnot hear any case as he was away on vacation and the order was issued same day! the case was filed after 2pm and the order was issued same day... within hour?!.
