I think Tainan is number 1 p4p right now no question. He’s a mixture of Rafa and gui put together, with gui pressure and Rafas movement, which makes him nearly unstoppable.

@@ippolea yea kinda sucks that mica dropped down in weight but also nice because they both are good enough to be the best in the world and they are. I honestly think Tainan is just on another level now with his gi game.
He need's beat Mica Galvão yet....and I don't believe that he wins. To me, Mica already is the best with Gi in the world. But, soon or later they will fight and we'll see.

Unreal back take that was right under our nose this whole time. Love the breakdown of how to gain leverage. Passing the legs I always did the most common thing, which was get to side control. Another way for me to attack from the top, nice!!!!

This is a great way to defend when the bottom man extends. Shoulders are a extension of the hip. Boxers who have great hips turn the shoulders.
