The older ones probably realize that for a take on their cuisine from a different country, it's not bad. There's certainly worse American takes on other countries foods.
Y’all the ones not making authentic Chinese food for us all the Chinese restaurants I’ve been to are Americanize. You also can get some of the ingredients that they normally would use back home in America
Panda Express where I live is terrible. I paid 80$ on meals and regretted it! I just order Chinese from my neighborhood restaurant it’s better and much cheaper!
To all born and bred Chinese people. I've had authentic chinese food, and I've had Panda Express... hands down, Panda Express tastes better. Here in the United States, we don't care about authenticity or if it's not how actual Chinese food is. If it tastes good, we love it. And to all Italians out there... I've had pizza from A LOT of places. The four best pizzas in my book are Giordano's Beggars Polarmos Pizza Hut and Little Ceasars If you're the type to fight people on this, you need mental help. It's just food. There's no right or wrong way to make food or eat it. Foodies are weird, man... y'all have to be locked up and studied.

Yeah, it’s not like panda express wasn’t created and still privately owned by the same Chinese family since 1971
Szechuan food is hands down a million times better than Panda Express. I agree with you on most other Chinese food though
