The IMPOSSIBLE Pull-up. 1 min up - 1 min down

- Can you do just one pull-up? 1 min up and 1 min down.
To perform the 2 minute pull-up challenge you simply perform just one rep of a classic pull up exercise. The catch is that it has to take you 1 minute to pull yourself up to the bar (finishing with your chin over the bar) and then 1 minute to slowly lower yourself down.

@@fanny_josefine if you don't mind me asking, how much do you weigh? I'm 70kg, have been trying to improve my pull-up reps for the past 6 months. Managed to get from 7 reps to 11 reps in 4 months, but then it plateaued over there. I've been doing a set of 3 pull-ups every two days with 3 min rest in between. What can you suggest to me to improve my reps?
