  • I had planned to catch red claw but we caught cherubim instead. They taste good with garlic butter fried over charcoal but in this video we add them to linguini

    Cherabin are really nice with garlic butter. Split them the way you did, a quick sear meat side down then turn them up and baste them a couple of times with the butter while they cook in the shell. Have tried redclaw this way as well but it's nowhere near as good as the cherabin
