Kristen Nguyen yes unfortunately. My mistake is going half a size up. I got 37.5. I bought them in Paris. As you can imagine we walked so much when we explore the city so my feet probably were bloated. And this is why I go half a size high. I recommend either stick to size and get a shoe filler. Or go half a size go down.
