- On Tartu City Day 29 June opera will go and have a blast in the city centre!
It already had some fun in Tartu Kaubamaja… The feat. soloists from Vanemuine Theatre were Karmen Puis, Merle Jalakas, Jaan Willem Sibul, Simo Breede, Rasmus Kull and Reigo Tamm.
29 June 2016 opera soloists will leave their department in the oldest of Estonian theatres, that of Vanemuine Theatre, and join their forces with other artists for concerts in somewhat less expected places - one`s favourite musicians and bands will meet up with opera soloists and that results in most exciting and enjoyable crossovers.
Other hints to that extraordinary art form can been found, seen, heard and even tasted, perhaps, in Tartu that day.
In the evening the last great crossover concert of Tartu City Day will take place on Town Hall Square where soloists, Tartu University Symphony Orchestra, summertime Tartu and the much loved arias - the real treats - will all team up for the final opera symbioses of the day.

I think this is absolutely sensational .I only really started to appreciate Classical music mabe 5 years ago and I habe to say this is one of my favorites .In this beautiful World where there is so much hatred corruption lies and deciept we really need something like this to make us wanna sing and stamp our feet love it thank you and God bless you all.
