Thank you for sharing such a great exercises!
I practiced your special method while watching this video, and I learned how to breathe as I speak English. It’s truly different from my native tongue Japanese. When I speak English, I have to take deeper breaths. Unlike Japanese where I don't have to breathe as much, English requires deeper breaths and you showed me how to do it.
This practice gives my voice more vibration and momentum, so my English sounds change more smoothly, gently even more confident. I will keep practicing it over and over again!

I can say I learned almost everything I need to know about American sounds and their place of articulation and connected speech but the hardest part of it is when I try to apply my knowledge I realize that my speech muscles and breath aren't working smoothly with my brain and what makes it even harder is that I have a bad breathing habit even in my native language and also I have tight neck muscles. So I'm still working on a more flexible speech muscles 😅 Thank you always! ♥️

    Hi Josh,
    Do you give private lessons?

I do, but I'm pretty full right now. Not sure when I'll have an opening. But for reference, I currently only teach pronunciation, specifically through the concept of mouth posture, and my current rate is $45/hr. You can, however, schedule a consultation if you would like a bit of guidance on what your weaknesses are and how to improve them. For that, you can find the link to my italki teacher profile in the description of any recent video 🙂
