Lol of course my Thunderbolts have the fewest points of any team still safe. Aside from this week, they have seemed to be content in the back half of the field, always at threat of elimination, but just good enough to avoid it.

As an orangers fan I actually do feel really bad for the speeders this week, that was really rough
I have to say, major kudos to the whole JMR team - we’re *63 days* into this and I’m still unbelievably hyped to watch every single day’s race. I really hope this becomes a yearly tournament because I think I’d put it second only to the Marble League itself in terms of how invested in it I am and how excited I am to watch.
I will say though it doesn’t hurt that both of my teams have put up excellent performances thus far 😂 I may be a bit biased… #RideTheWave #RaspberryRobust

Oh my god is Jump okay? He got hit extremely hard at 21:25. What was looking like a win ended up being a DNF. They were barely safe from elimination too! Hope Jump is good for next week.

My goodness! Between the multiple pummelling of the bell carousel, that brutal slap to Snowdrift by the Swatter, and Jump jumping into orbit, this track was by far the most dangerous yet!
Very unfortunate for Momomo getting stuck and eliminated. However, I am very proud of them for making it this far. #MomomoStrong
It's heartbreaking to see speedy go, but I'm still proud for him surviving 50+ races, this might be the end for this race, but this ain't the last time you'll hear from the savage speeders!

At 21:51-21:54 Greg was incorrect, that marble is Jump from the Jungle Jumpers. At 21:25 Jump was launched into orbit, and landed on the security guards and Green Ducks fans.

Jump lived up to his name. That *thwak* sound was him hitting the side boards behind the stands. Oof. I think that's one of only a couple of times a marble has been ejected completely from the stadium. Seeing the aftermath where he landed on the Green Ducks fans and came to a rest near the ushers, it does appear as if he has a crack. :(

BonBon finally showing that much needed aggression in the early bunch-up was so satisfying. In every race early (except round 1) they kept getting bumped back by the other racers on each turn, but this time they said “THIS FAR, NO FURTHER!”

Wow, that was one intense marble race. Glad my Oceanics were already safe. 🎉
Finishing in the way he did after a skull-shattering traumatic brain injury less than twenty-four hours before... Drift is the absolute CTE GOD. What a guy. This week for the White-Out Warriors was especially concerning since Snowdrift as a racer seems to have done the best in the MS100 when he has a chance to scrap, bob, and weave with bigger competitors sans obstacle interference to slow him down where he's be more easily forced out of the way, but this week he's found some wholly new levels to his game just to survive. Triggering multiple traps on this run was a hugely clutch play, and super uncharacteristic for him- I guess the Snowballs' veteran just gets better with age. He's got guts, he's got grit, he's got the marbular fortitude to take a real shot at this thing. I believe. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow indeed.

The last two courses really showed each team's strengths and weaknesses, with one course having no traps, and the other having only traps

I’m so glad they let Drifty redeem himself. I was worried if they swapped to anyone else their lack of familiarity with the course would’ve spelled the end.

it really is nice to see so many powerhouses eliminated by now (speeders, cce, etc.) there's a chance for some new marbles to stand spot the leaderboard!
I think it'd be cool if at the end of this, they put together a compilation of best/most memorable moments of the series.

poor jump from the jungle jumpers is living up to both his and his team name in that last race.
Team Momo’s dnf saved mandarin. I looked at the scoreboard before the race and said “okay, either beat the chocolatiers by 1, or beat the snowballs by 6 spots.” And then thought for sure we were done when both of those teams did very well.
Barely scraping by is certainly in the spirit of the survival 100 event, but it is terrifying every week!
Tbf, if Momomo hadn’t DNF’d it would’ve been Jump, who *also* DNF’d!
Mandarin will win this whole thing! Mandarin is making everyone believe that they not that good, but in reality is saving energy for later when finals come around. Just doing enough to squeak by every week.
@@Autopi10tNah, Mandarin’s struggling. Even saving energy, you typically don’t wanna hover just over the line. You gotta give yourself a little room for error, otherwise what you save in energy you’ll likely lose in anxiety.
That said, Mandarin’s got some wild plot armor, I’d bet they make it to top 8 at least!

BonBon nearly stuck twice, catapulted backwards 4 times and still came in third. Thank god!
Holy cow! That looked really dangerous for Jump. I hope they'll be okay and the rules committee puts some protections in place for next week's course. We need to protect our athletes.
Week 3 of asking why can’t there be a separate video for the final race of the week.
Probably because JMR is making no revenue on the super short videos. Producing 100 videos in 100 days and making nothing off of it is tough for the creator. One long form vid a week helps give a little boost, even if most just skip to the 7th race. That's my guess anyway.
@@clubfists it’s a pretty good guess. I do wish there was an official explanation for it from JMR themselves, because I’m genuinely just curious about the situation and I honestly don’t mind skipping ahead to the final race all that much.
Oceanics navigated the rough waters of this course flawlessly. Speeders meanwhile were just brutalized. The week without traps may've made some racers complacent given the sheer number of DNFs.
Minty maniacs have been severely flying under the radar this whole competition

Momomo had a very bad week, I legit had a bad feeling about him getting a DNF this race beforehand.

edit: i commented this when i first saw momomo get stuck, and even though i held out hope that maybe some other teams dnf'ing could save them from elimination, i knew deep down that this was it. absolutely devastating. truly a reminder that anything can happen in these races. congrats to all the teams moving on! (now to find a backup-backup-backup team to cheer for, lol)

Mandarin! What an effort! Perfect example of never give up! 3 weeks in a row on the edge of being eliminated but still fighting and somehow get through the cuts!
I know that the Thunderbolts will outsurvive Team Momo and the Savage Speeders, two very notable teams known for their success… They narrowly missed out on the podium for overall points this week (Congrats Sea for winning this week)
I was about ready to say bye to my 🍊 boys but Mandy comes through in CLUTCH to survive another week!
Also, Speeders eliminated and didn’t even get a double-digit points finish!

It looked like Speedy was conserving energy through the early rounds and I feel like this week we saw why. He looked completely gassed. This is a grueling event for any marble and I think all the racing Speedy has done over the years finally caught up to him a little. He's a veteran and one of the sport's brightest stars, but his elimination really shows how exhausting this event is.

My son and I are both crushed! Both our teams respectively are out! 😂. We love your stuff! Can't believe I cheer for marbles like paid athletes..
Another week gone, time for some fun facts:
1) While having amassed the second most points of all marbles at this point, Swax is the only remaining marble not having won a single race yet.
2) Before this week two marbles managed to get two DNFs in a single week (both in the same week even): Mallard (eliminated) and Saucer (survived). With Jump becoming the third marble to do this and surviving, getting two DNFs in one week now has a positive survival rate.
3) With Bonbon finishing in last place for the first (and second) time this week, there's only one marble left with zero last place finishes. And this won't change anymore, because that marble is Clutter.
It's safe to say that mandarin from the o'rangers has made it!
Plot armor. I keep telling people, Mandarin’s got plot armor. As do his inner demons.

Jungle Jumpers have two DNFs and still move on; Savage Speeders never DNF and finish dead last without a two-digit point haul all week. Buh-bye, Speedy, don't let the door hit you on the glass on your way out. Oceanics are being a real contender-could they go all the way for some serious redemption? And Team Momo just plain got hosed.
