I remember in culling round Zabi told everybody that he was in contact with this guy Akash Rana and this guy was quite ashamed of what he did and then later on he started initiative with Zabi that he will give discount to his gym members who would join the cause of taking care of stray dogs. My respect for Zabi and this guy increased after I listened to this. I wish both of them very good luck.

He literally said its the most horrible thing he has done which indicates his awareness of the wrongness of his action.
Secondly, if a rabid dog is attacking a child, it'll take just a second for it to bite and spread the deadly disease. If it is drooling and agressive at the same time then that's enough to presume that the dog is rabid.
Thirdly, recently there have been many incidents where stray/pet dogs have k!lled kids or elderly people. You can fend of a normal dog with a stick but can't be sure it'll work on a rabid one.
He had a weapon, he decided to use it in a split second decision out of fear for the kid's life, and he k!lled the aggressive dog. Nobody can question whose life is to be prioritised in this situation. That's it. Its justified if it actually happened the way he has described. What he should've done differently is something to be thought about only in retrospect.

Dogs are like human and very loyal indeed they are like your best friend however understanding his point of view, in that moment he might be in a critical situation wheather to choose the human being or that dog,obviously anyone would choose a human being But having that amount of time aiming exactly at the dog's forehead could've been enough time to save the kid and not hurt the dog. But can't judge him cos we're not there in that moment we might be same as him.🙏
