    Parwal 7-8 no
    Oil 2 Tbsp
    Cumin seeds 2 Tsp
    Kalonji 2 Tsp
    Onion Chopped 1 No
    Ginger & Garlic paste 1 Tsp
    Green chilli chopped 2-3 Nos
    Tomatos Chopped 1 No Big
    Salt to taste
    Coriander Powder 1 Tbsp
    Red chilli powder 1/2 Tbsp
    Turmeric powder 1/4 Tsp
    Dry Mango powder 1Tsp
    Garam Masala 1 Tsp
    Yogurt 3 Tbsp
    Onion Cubes 1 No
    Tomatos Cubes 1 No
    Capcicum Cubes 1 No Small
    Chopped Coriander 1 Tbsp
    Coriander for Garnisn
    Method
    Take parval, peel and cut into quarters length wise and keep aside
    Heat oil in a pan , add cumin seeds,kalonji.add onion and sauté for
    2 -3 mins till lightly brown.
    Add ginger garlic past, green chilli chopped and sauté for 1 mins.
    Add tamotes, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and mix well.
    Add parwal, water mix well and cook for 4-5 mins.
    Add yogurt and mix well and cook for 2-3 mins.
    Add onion cubes, tomato cubes, capsicum cubes, mix well and cook for 2-3 mins.
    Add chopped coriander and mix well.
    transfer to a serving bowl
    Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
