These people are praising God. The fact that you aren't okay with that says nothing about them and everything about your heart.
David used instruments to praise and glorify God including dance to glorify God was he seeker friendly? Or did he just praise God with everything he had because God deserves all honour, praise and glory. The fact that this music is Christ exalting already goes against what seeker friendly mega churches do so yea not sure what your comment was pointing to.
