I worked for a year in what was Czechoslovakia one the period during which they regained their freedom from Russia. The many friends i made there would take great pleasure in seeing their technical experience being justly applied to their historic oppressor.
Ukrainians invaded as part of USSR in 1968. So, theyre no clean angels. Ukrainians invaded Donbas in 2014, after Halič minority folks took power in 2014.

The Ukrainian army needs more NATO weapons. The weapons of NATO countries are good, but the amount of aid to Ukraine is not enough. The Russian army consumes more than three times the amount of ammunition consumed by the Ukrainian army every day. Russia has assistance from Iran, North Korea, and China, and many Chinese "volunteers" have joined the Russian army.

Great example of shoot and scoot tactics. And they are right why waste ammo when you can get the target with 10 instead of 40 rockets. Also a faster out than the full load. Looking at the entrance to the Crimean peninsula i think there they will be unloading the full rocket salvo as it is trench upon trench and bunker after bunker. So the right mix of rocket saturation, cluster munitions and drones hitting the bunkers where the orcs hide will be used. Along with the precision artillery both rocket and tube preventing resupply and counter battery fire.

Yes, you must fire and get out of there. Within 3 minutes of firing the first rounds/rockets enemy artillery can start hitting the firing position.

Can anyone tell me, if the autoloader is used or not? The czech grad system carries second set of rockets, but I have never seen it being used like that. Is it too unreliable, or is there not enough rockets to use? I would think reducing the need to resupply makes it great option...

Czechia did not produce any T-72. US destroyed Pilsen Škoda factory so production was moved to then Slovak part, further from US bombs reach. But gone is the industrial base because that industry was competition to US MIC.
