About all autoimmune disease are a deficiency in uv rays , if ur skin is white try to get from 5 to 10 minutes sun light in midd day exposing much of ur skin directly to sunlight , but wear sunglasses , ur shadow must be less than ur tall to get uvb , its not about vitamin d ,vitamin d supplements don't have benefits, then in the evening or the morning when the uv index is low below 3 , go again to the sun and stay as much as u can , morning and evening sun have little uv , u don't need more than 10 minutes uv but needs much near infrared , near infrared penetrates deep inside u , charges the mitochondria and start repairing all ur organs , we evolved under the sun its very essential to us , indoor lifestyle is devastating

@@X-zk9vm I appreciate you telling me all this and you may be right in a way. But autoimmune disease have to do with inflammation and they are also genetic too. I’ve been in the sun a ton throughout my life especially around the time I was diagnosed I was outside for a at least 5 hours a day and I was very healthy. I have 3 autoimmune diseases now but the first one which was celiac disease was genetic from my mom and my brother got it as well. I’ve had it since I was born. Due to not knowing right away and eating gluten for a while my doctor believed that it caused the RA to come out because of all the inflammation in my body. They also say that If you get one autoimmune disease you are more likely to get more especially if you don’t manger them properly. But the sun is good but it doesn’t save everyone. For anyone who has just been diagnosed, don’t panic. RA medications can be very effective. I was diagnosed 18 months ago and since starting salazopyrin (anti-inflammatory) & plaquenil (immune suppressant) I have been in remission with zero symptoms. I go to the gym, play guitar and on most days I forget that I have RA. Occasionally I might feel a twinge in a finger or have a stiff knee but that’s rare. Of course, everyone’s experience is a bit different but treatments are improving all the time. Just look at Caroline Wozniacki - she was diagnosed last year but still plays tennis in grand slam tournaments. All the best 🌸

I was diagnosed with arthritis today. I’ve been having pains in my joints for a little over a month now, but today was the worst. When I got out of my bed I felt nauseous because the pain was so bad and I actually threw up. I also had a fever. My whole body was hurting so bad and I begged my mom to take me to the hospital and that’s when they diagnosed me. Hopefully this pain will become better in the next year 🤞🏾

Something to look forward to as I am 41 and already have spondylosis, degenerative disk disease, bulging discs, protruding discs, scoliosis, fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel, finger, and hand bone spurs and, I'm a rocky mountain spotted fever survivor.
In spite of all this, I was denied social security disability because I am too young to be disabled and, have too much work history and education. I know many people who are out running around enjoying life while receiving disability, yet, I can barely walk, take a boatload of pain pills and spend over 90% of my life in bed.
I work at home, taking phone calls while in bed because it hurts too much to sit upright. Many days I have cognitive and neurological problems but, according to Virginia's division of The Social Security Administration, I'm not disabled enough. I was denied four times, including the appeals council.

OmG I feel like we have the same exact story right now I'm also 41, I have Harrington rods in my spine for scoliosis I got them when I was 14 but my arthritis didn't start to set in until 2005 but it's gotten progressively worse every single year now I'm afraid its turning into rheumatoid arthritis because the rest of my body is tight and swelling up in the last few months it's been worse like to the point of scaring me. I got denied for Social security disability in December right before xmas. My hearing was on my bday Oct 24th I just cried when I saw my denial online and they say the same thing about me too young I'm struggling to get by I feel like shit everyday I've got 2 sons 21& 20 and I had my experience with opiates years ago I'm in a suboxone program now since dec 16 and it doesnt help much with the pain anymore this is so frustrating. I have an appeal going for the disability case I'm so upset I worked most of my life because I never wanted to give up if I was able so it hurts that now that I truly am having a hard time I'm getting fkn denied when I know at least 5 people who arent even close to the kind of pain I'm in and they all got approved. This gets very depressing. I'm generally a happy person but being in pain everyday does take a toll and struggling financially is just the shit Sundae on top of it all. I feel your pain. Literally. I also have a bulging disc in my neck they suggested surgery but I'm nervous to get more I already have the Harrington rods. Sorry for my long comment I needed to vent I cant believe someone is out there like me lol I dont usually watch the health related videos because they scare me more. I know my back is bad but now it seems to be spreading I am trying like hell to change my diet but it's not making a huge impact yet. Hope you're doing better I know this is hard ! Here's to hoping we both get disability approved in 2020 💙🙏💙🙏

hey guys i just wanna point out that calcium or vitamin D deficiencies have very much same symptoms as RA and lupus i also have read a comment down there that said cutting sugar is a good solution if it worked with you this means you actually might have calcium deficiency as sugar or protein if combined with calcium would form an insoluble molecule that the body wont be able to be absorbed
calcium or vitamin D symptoms include:
    joint pain
    weak bones
    muscle weakness
    fatigue
    respiratory issues
    neck pain
    low mood
    loss of height
    muscle cramps
    poor appetite
    numbness
so if you havent done blood tests and have these symptoms it might be only calcium or vitamin D absence

I am very pleased with my Orencia infusions and methotrexate pills. I eat organic and healthy ( for over 40 years) but my family is genetically prone towards autoimmune disease. I am doing very well and look and act young for my age (64). Don't knock the drugs. I have no bone erosion or pain! ginger, turmeric and kale couldn't stop the progress of my disease. I still ingest these but without meds, I am suicidal with pain. Modern biologics work! I use Mayo in Jax, FL.

The pain when sleeping is probably the worst. I have mostly sleepless night where I just end up staying up hoping for the day to start but the pain I face ahead is even worse 😔

I take Hydroxycloroquin and Methotrexate for my RA because I've advanced in a short amount of time. I learned a lot from this very short and informative video.
