Gdynia (2024, Gdingen in German) is a coastal city in Poland close to Gdansk. It is part of the Tricity (Trójmiasto) Metropolitan area of Poland where 1,5 million citizens live. Gdynia is located at the Baltic Sea and has direct access to trade routes to Scandinavia and Germany. The city has a population of 250,000. The city has an big port and the Sea Towers Skyscrapers.

Note to self: there is NOTHING to see in Gdynia for tourists, no old town for example,all the pictures of beautiful old town in Gdynia that internet is full of are from GDANSK!!!! Gdansk has the old town,not Gdynia.

I was listening to a Diary of a German WW2 Solider on Bakuffz Channel. He fought in Gdynia. Now i want to visit the city and go to the places where stuff happened. This city is on bloody ground.
