I had this dream where I was all grown up, I had a wife and two kids and I remember I suddenly received this call from my sister and she told me that my brother was in the hospital. I went to the hospital to check how my brother was, I see him as if he was weak, pale, close to death and I went up to him crying, sang a song to him, and right when I told him that I love him, he passed away and turned back to my family and wife and they suddenly disappeared. I woke up cold, weak, and I went to check on my brother. My brother was sleeping and I cried with tears of joy. This dream felt so real, I felt as if this wasn’t a dream but it was like a glimpse of the future. You can imagine that this is the song you hear in the dream you never want to wake up from. And the guy who says "welcome" is welcoming you into this spectacular world that nobody but you will understand. In this place, all your passed away loved ones are alive and happy and come to greet you. You're dying of happiness but you feel quite sleepy. You lay down on the soft clouds staring into the sky as you soon slowly close your eyes. You drift into deep slumber and nothingness. You stay like this for eternity while the entire world continues to move on while you lie in your own paradise. You hear this song and you tear up a bit. You will one day wake up assuming you had a really nice dream but truly, it is much deeper than that. i first listened to this song in 2020. my life was absolute shit. my "best friend" was harassing me and sent me death threats, my mental health was in the trenches, and i had no will to live as a NINE- TEN YEAR OLD. now i'm much, much more happier and have a giant group of friends to support me. i look back on that little girl who was denying her bisexuality, and hated waking up in the morning to see herself in the mirror. i want to hug her, tell her everything will be okay. that little girl, listening to this song at her worst who now grew up , listening to it now, at her happiest. this song has such a bittersweet feeling to me now. it reminds me of all the pain i've been through, but it was all worth it to make me the person i am today. please remember you will always find happiness in your life eventually, even if it feels like you won't

My friend and I were sitting on the monkey bars at my high school, and his side chick came up to me and threw a crumpled up paper at me. I spent months working on a 1 year anniversary celebration. All of that for nothing. My other friend (he is a boy) is helping, but I just can’t figure out my he just left. Being the funny guy kind of sucks. I feel the same way man. With COVID my school has a day 1 day 2 thing. So I’m a day one kid and I go on day 1. But all my friends are in day 2. I had a friend (female) and I had a crush on her I ended up telling her and she felt the same way. but we just decided on being friends (we didn't want things to be weird) and I tried to ask if there was anything that was bothering her so if it was we can just end this thing. but when ever I was there for her she was never there for me. I felt like a slave of happiness that wanted to stay friends. She ended up calling me "clingy" when all I really did was want her to be comfortable and try not to make things weird or try to be clingy at all. That day we ended up fighting about that. Its 1am. Tomorrow is my last day of school. My last day as a sophomore in high school. This year was full of so many good times, and bad ones as well. Things have worked out in a way. I'm recollecting all my elementary memories and how i just wanna go back. every kid wants to be an adult, and every adult wants to be a kid. sometimes it makes me wish i wasn't always the most mature friend in the group. you try to be genuine with people, only for them to take it with a grain of salt. but in the end, things change.

This song reminds me of when I was 10 or 11. I was in a group of 5 amazing friends...we all lived super close to each other and would hang out everyday. We were so close and did everything together, and were constantly together over the summer, exploring abandoned places, going to 711, graffiting the sewer tunnels, playing airsoft, getting on top of my house and watching the sunset and sunrise...then I moved and became busy and now I can't have something like that. I still see all of them sometimes, one of them I'm still close with...but I miss when I was young and we did a bunch of fun stuff and I was happy. Luckily, we're starting to do stuff together again...just went to a roller skating rink with them yesterday. Best night of 2019 for sure, but damn I miss those good old times.

This just makes me feel nothing in the best way possible. Whatever emotion I’m feeling when I come to this song I just vibe and I feel sorta mellow. I went to the hospital to check how my brother was, I see him as if he was weak, pale, close to death and I went up to him crying, sang a song to him, and right when I told him that I love him, he passed away and turned back to my family and wife and they suddenly disappeared. I woke up cold, weak, and I went to check on my brother. My brother was sleeping and I cried with tears of joy. This dream felt so real, I felt as if this wasn’t a dream but it was like a glimpse of the future.

I felt like a slave of happiness that wanted to stay friends. She ended up calling me "clingy" when all I really did was want her to be comfortable and try not to make things weird or try to be clingy at all. That day we ended up fighting about that. Its 1am. Tomorrow is my last day of school. My last day as a sophomore in high school. This year was full of so many good times, and bad ones as well. Things have worked out in a way. But now everything is going to change. Which is both good and bad. But right now... things are pretty great. It would be nice if things stayed this way. If I didnt have to move on or grow older. If I could have a few more moments to just be a sophomore, because before I know it I'll be a senior graduating. This song reminds me of when I was 10 or 11. I was in a group of 5 amazing friends...we all lived super close to each other and would hang out everyday. We were so close and did everything together, and were constantly together over the summer, exploring abandoned places, going to 711, graffiting the sewer tunnels, playing airsoft, getting on top of my house and watching the sunset and sunrise...then I moved and became busy and now I can't have something like that. I still see all of them sometimes, one of them I'm still close with...but I miss when I was young and we did a bunch of fun stuff and I was happy. Luckily, we're starting to do stuff together again...just went to a roller skating rink with them yesterday. Best night of 2019 for sure, but damn I miss those good old times.

This just makes me feel nothing in the best way possible. Whatever emotion I’m feeling when I come to this song I just vibe and I feel sorta mellow. It feels like I’m in the moment and time slowed down just for me to take a breath of the present. I don’t live a particularly hard life but I get caught up with all of these things and I think so many things and this song just lets me stop and stay in time.
