The biggest lesson I've learned is you can't control what happens to you but you can control how you react. It can sustain you but it shouldn't control your outcome. Taking responsibility is key. Growth is key.

I’m the same way I get full blown anxiety attacks before I go to the doctors and during and after a appointment. But I can go to the hospital to visit family (like when my dad was dying from cancer) or I can bring my mom to her doctors appointment bc I know I don’t have to see the doctor/ or get tests done etc
