I've been clean myself 7 years. Became pregnant a year into my sobriety. Smoking weed with my brother at 10. I was a opiate user from the age of 12. Heroin user at 17. I am now 28. Sobriety is different for everyone and like most people who smoke weed, it is used for a medical purpose. Therefore it’s not a substance they are abusing or that is damaging their happiness/health. Most people aren’t criticized for continuing to use Advil or other prescription medications(which marijuana is) when trying to get sober.
I consider myself sober and I smoke weed every day. Better than doing heroin! i guess the term would be “cali sober” 😂
