All Lord razors have perfect blade alignment. Unbelievable. I use them twice a week.

Can confirm, tried several of the cheapest razors around and always come back to the Lord, using it daily with no irritation at all. I heard this is a head clone of the old Gillette Tech, that explains why it is so good.

This is my fav. My face loves a mild and this is mild. With a Lord platinum blade this gets super close, no nicks, no cuts. Been using it a year now. Don't need to buy a $100 razor . Just can;t say enough good things. there's just no faults to it, for me. I have 4 other razors , but this doesn't nick me like the others do.

Hello there! Greetings from a Polish dude living in the UAE. Lord razors are also available here, also dirt cheap. And you know what? They’re aggressive as heck, but if you like that, they’re giving me really good, close shaves. Sometimes better than my Merkurs, Parkers and King C. Gillette 😃 nice review mate, I’m subscribing! Tussen tak!

    Nice review MrChrille115.
In this video (3:55 - 4:15), and (4:45 - 4:56) you are discussing blade alignment because you don't see anything to hold the blade except the center hole in the comb and the single screw pin in the top cap, and yet at 4:55 you are pleased at how well the blade is locked in.
Reviewing the video at 4:11 shows the top cap and it is clear there are tabs at the corners, and matching notches in the bottom plate (or comb). These top-cap tabs lock the razor-blade side-tabs in place as well as the bottom-cap notches.
At 4:56 the side view of the razor shows these top-cap tabs and bottom-plate notches locking together.

Thanks to this review I just got one of these for use as a travel razor, and you’re right, it’s a great razor for the money. Probably the best value out there, and the shaves are smooth, plenty efficient & it has a no clog design, with no nicks or cuts. I can’t believe how well it shaves! It literally shaves better than the $500.00 Rhodium Rex Konsul. I sold that razor at a loss because it chewed up my face ATG. The Lord L-122 doesn’t…. Unbelievable that a razor costing less than 15.00 (including shipping on EBay) is so good!

If they dont sell it in any of the stores near you there is also the wilikinson sword classic (the metal one) or the king c gillette as the alternatives they are about the same price

I've literally heard ZERO bad things about this razor and for $8.00 on EBay, you can't beat it. Currently waiting on mine to arrive!

If you want an excellent shave with minimal cost, time and effort try this: Q-Shave adjustable (Merkur clone for $20) razor and Creemo. I tossed out my brush and cup when I discovered Cremo, massaged with fingers, provided superior softening. The Q-Shave razor will not dazzle you with with a jewel-like finish and precision machining but it will provide a first class shave.

L6 has a heavier Merkur style head. Very good too. I find the slimmer head on the L5 more useful to clear under my nose but both are the best bang for the buck mild razors I have tried. To put in perspective I find them better than an Edwin Jagger as in requiring less work to achieve a smooth shave.
