      If the investor just wants their returns then it means they are reckless investors who just go dishing out money BLINDLY to investments they have zero knowledge about. You should always invest in what you have perfect knowledge on. Otherwise, real estate investors should be very much aware of the attendant risks, illiquidity being one of them.

    Profits and cash flows are not the same thing. It may be making profit but not able to pay returns because of illiquidity issues. I'm not a Cytonn fan or investor but they need to communicate clearly to clear up issues.

      Please do your research about bitcoin. Buy bitcoin from regulated exchanges and hold it in your OWN wallet. If you are dumb enough to believe people telling you that they will double or triple your money using bitcoin if you hand over money to them then that’s an entirely different thing! Cytonn are not the problem here. People are conned because of their own greed period. Always do your own research before investing in anything. If poop hits the fan you only have yourself to blame!

    Most investors are in Soo much pain. Cytonn should come out clear on its real financial position. This far it has categorically refused to do that asking us to go see for ourselves brick and mortar assets they have. Apart from the incomplete alma and cysuites, what else are we supposed to see. 15billion watatoa wapi ndio
    watulipe. C'mon, if you're not an investor, you may not feel as much pain other than quoting clauses which we were meant to have seen. A firm fighting with its own clients? Surely, there's a much bigger problem than meets the common eye.. a broke company

In other words your greed is what put you in this mess. When the deal is too good... There’s a reason why a lot of us don’t invest in such. I honestly don’t understand why some people never learn.     What exactly is Cytton? Promising people high return from speculation on real estate without reserves to allow members to opt out or access part of their funds sounds irresponsible. Why not enter into agreement with lets say a bank to leverage clients who have urgent need of cash as you wit for the maturity of your assets? The PR nightmare is the result of doubts of legitimacy resulting from avoiding the mainstream financial sector that is regulated

    In the contract you signed with Cytonn, was there a clause regarding the Board of Cytonn having powers of freezing Capital and interest withdrawals in the event of illiquidity events? 🤔🤔 Or you didn't read it? Check clause 21 in your contract documents.
    ~ This clause is specifically to protect the firm against collapse when investors panic and do mass withdrawals; just as you are now panicked and angry. Give Cytonn time, they will repay you. Mass withdrawals will make it impossible for them to pay you.

The difference is I am not emotional like you, and I am honest with myself about the illiquidity clauses in Cytonn's contract documents. Even shares of Mumias Sugar, Athi River Mining and other companies have previously been suspended from trading on NSE to prevent erosion of investor value when investors get emotional like you.
      ~ You think insulting strangers online will help Cytonn have the cashflow to pay us back? Why don't you sue Cytonn and let's see how far you go.

    If only they could allow their financial position be determined, am sure investors would be calm. For now, cytonn remains a shell. No real assets to repay all their liabilities. I see dande talking, I feel nauseated. 15b worth of investors funds and he can only quote 1billion Karen houses which were bought out a long time ago. Alma is an incomplete project but was to cost 4billion at most. Cysuites is just apartments converted into a hotel. So where is the rest of the money?????
    Waiting to queue up new investors is not a practical idea hence the Ponzi scheme tag. Real scammers

The assets are there, other investment companies don't tell you how they invest your money. We don't see them being plastered with bad rep, and media propaganda .
