Sure was a challenge, so many twists and turns! May be a tad too much loveliness for a baby terrarium but I'll try it again
I have used a 3mm cord and needed more or less: 6 x 500 cm; 12 x 180 cm.
Also my ring was a bit smaller (4cm). I had to squeeze a lot but it worked in the end & now it looks great. Thanks for the tutorial!

Thank you so much for sharing your designs! My Dad taught me how to do macramé when I was a child. We made bracelets, necklace, and even rings all the time. As I got older, I made tons of friendship bracelets in the 80's when they were popular. And later, I even did keychains. Ever since my Dad passed away, I've been wanting to make a plant hanger to put at his gravestone. I bought everything several years ago, but haven't done anything yet due to a busy schedule, but also not really sure what type of design I want to do that will also keep it secure. I was watching a totally different video on something completely different and one of your videos came up right after. I've watched several of your videos now and have gotten more detailed ideas of what I want to do. Thank you so much! 🙂
Um aviso para quem está fazendo, não olhei o vídeo antes, os 12 fios de 0,60cm não é suficiente, creio que é 1,60m pq tive que desmanchar pois ficaram curtinhos e não deu p terminar o trabalho (isso que cortei com 0,80) agora aprendi, antes de fazer vou ver o vídeo 😂😂😂😂😂😂 mas vale a pena, é muito lindo ❤️
e os 6 de 2,80? vc acha que precisa ser maior tb?

Simm, eu cortei um pouco maior com 0,80 porque estava usando o cordão de 3mm e mesmo assim faltou muito!! deve ser 1,60 mesmo... ainda bem que cortei aos poucos , então não perdi muito cordão..

The 2mm cord was too hard for me but I am using 3mm it is so much easier. I cut the cord as she listed. I came up short on the first side so I am cutting 4 foot lengths for the “short cords”. It isn’t professional perfect but it’s good. I love the design so will try smaller cord again. ❤
I do wish this creator would edit her video with proper measurements so fewer of us will fail!
This is gorgeous. Very much appreciate you sharing. Though it would have been helpful if you answered questions about the correct lengths. Macrame supplies can become costly, not to mention the price of people's time. Again, thank you for sharing your knowledge! 😊😁

I think she needed double the length for the shorter cords. Pretty sure she only measured one side of the length.

when using nylon cord. it is very tight coming off the spool and consequently contracts. i tried adding 4 inches, but that wasn’t enough either.
i ended up with a lovely beaded wall hanging 😍Ill try again!

hi i measured out the string but it was to short i dont know where i went wrong it was what it called for it turned out good for what i had string for i was happy that i got the idea i loved the pattern

Die 12 x 60 cm Schnüre in der Anleitung sind definitiv zu kurz. Sie müssen mindestens 120 cm lang sein, um die Arbeit beenden zu können.

Hi I’ve cut the 2 mm cords just as you said but it’s the are too short! So I wonder if the 12 - 60 cm cords shall instead be 12 - 120 cm long and maybe the 6 - cord shall be 560 cm ??

Just finished mine and have it hanging with a vine in it. Very happy and as for the length I had to add 25%-30% length for a 3rd diamond down cuz I had a bigger bowl. But it was easy and looks amazing

Olá pessoal. Fiz esse suporte. Gostaria de avisá-los que mudei as medidas e deu certo. Quando vcs forem fazer o punho de rede, ou seja, a alça, são 6 fios, porém será usado o nó quadrado, os 4 fios do meio, deixei com 3,50 mts e os dois fios das laterais, os que tecem, deixei com 5 metros cada um. Aqueles fios de 0,60 cm para fazer o diamante, deixei com 2 metros cada um. Ficou ótimo. Não faltou fio para terminar. Ok?

Olá pessoal. Infelizmente as medidas não estão corretas. O trabalho é lindo. Tentei fazer com fios 2mm . Cortei 6 fios de 3,50 cm mas não cheguei a fazer os diamantes pois os fios laterais ficaram muito curtos. Vou tentar com fios de 5,60 e os outros 12 fios com 1,75 cm para aproveitar os 21 metros que eu havia cortado.
Depois passarei o resultado.
