Enjoyed the podcast!! ❤️ Regarding what Shane was saying about the love languages, they are all important but a lot of ppl have a ranking of which ones they need which makes them receive love the most. So I think it’s more about what we value the most even though all are required for a healthy relationship. ❤️

Something I would like to bring to Shane’s notice when he said when “your issue is resolved and you’re happy, why do you need therapy?”
So sometimes there are unresolved issues in your subconscious or maybe things you wouldn’t have ever thought of are affecting because of something that would happened in the past or your childhood - like you may not be able to bring out the co-relevance of something you did the way you did. Like there is a difference why you did something/reacted to a situation compared to someone else. And all this stems from your childhood, peer interaction growing up, other external factors that you may not have known etc which therapy helps in making you realise.
That's true, I agree with that. Thanks for the feedback, I could have articulated my thoughts better on that topic
