In the comics my dear, Jean Grey never Gave Physical Birth to any Children. However, Mr. Sinister made a Clone Posing as Jean Grey, her Name is Madeline Pryor. Her and Scott Have Nathan Summers. Rachel Anne Summers (also known as Askani) is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character was created by writer Chris Claremont and artist/co-plotter John Byrne.
In her first appearance, the character's surname was not revealed;[1] in later appearances, she was established as the daughter of the alternate future counterparts to Cyclops and Jean Grey-Summers from the dystopian Days of Future Past timeline. Although there are other characters bearing her name throughout the multiverse, she herself is considered a multiversal anomaly with no true alternate-universe counterparts.[2]
The character is a mutant with similar abilities to her mother, including telepathy, telekinesis, and a connection to the Phoenix, the latter of which was represented in her adoption of the Phoenix title after her mother's apparent death. Throughout her publication history, she has also been referred to by the monikers Marvel Girl, Rachel Grey, Prestige, and Mother Askani.
We can tell the real Jean is the one at the door, because she fainted for no reason.

Episode 2 had me going all the emotional rollercoaster. From happy, to excited, to exhilerated, to angry, and sad then to shocked. This episode had everything. From drama, action, romance, to meaningful message. What a great episode this was.

I was thinking the same thing, 100%. Mystique is my favorite female supervillain of all time. I really hope it's her and that that, as well as Magneto having planned all of this, is one of the big twists of the season. But tbh, part of me also hopes that Magneto didn't plan this, chz that would mean he was willing to sacrifice some mutants just to get what he wanted for most mutants---for Genosha to be free part of the U.N. and safe from the sapiens who'd see it fall it possible.
i am a big x-men fan i was 8 when the animated series came out in 92 i had all the toys and comics and cards this show is so good the x-men has always been a conscious superhero team they stand up for all injustice also storm losing her powers broke my heart but i always liked magneto because he is for his people he is not really a villian he just lets humans know leave my people alone and i wont have to jack you up but i was proud of him for his mercy also the jean cyclops had a baby with is a clone made by mr sinister named madelyne pryor the other jean is real and you can tell how the show is going they're headed into the age of apocalypse which will be epic

As not just a lifelong X-Men fan, but a Storm stan (I have her tattooed) this episode hurt. As soon as she got hit with neutralizer I knew what story arc is unfolding. (brace yourself for Forge and his buffoonery haha) And I had my suspicions about pregnant Jean but I think they might be confirmed with the way the episode ended. The fangirl shipper in my head is trying so hard to connect dots that aren't there and be like "ok so Remy saw Rogue leave Magneto's that night and he said Magneto should have left and not Storm so maybe he'll leave to find her and that ship will finally take sail!" A girl can wish lol

yeah i find it funny when right wing people call stuff like x men or star trek woke, x men was litterly made to show the struggles of minorities and consist of an etnicly diverse cast thats how stan lee made them, and the original star trek was the first tv show to future a black woman as a main character and have a interacial kiss on tv in the 60s, stuff like this has always been progressive aka woke, so for them to love the originals and shit on the new stuff is such a paradox since the original stuff would have been woke in the time of thier release
I would suggest that you might have made the mistake of collapsing the distinction between discernable 'wokeness' and the standard liberal egalitarian project.
The X-men were always quite vividly about defending the latter against the former.
Wokes as distinguishable from Millian liberals were always slavishly on the side of the old Magneto, (they near-universally held to the axiom of 'members of Group A can literally never be bigots toward Group B') and disdained the X-men as house ni**ers and category traitors.
In fact, I suspect that a fair number of both they and the anti-wokes you mentioned would have read Magneto not exterminating everyone right there in the stratosphere as shockingly unwoke and counter-revolutionary.
I thought the synthesis of the whole scene was excellent.

See the “wokeness” was organic and not aggressively thrown in our face. If only Disney would do all their shows this way they’d garner a lot of their fans back.
