I can confirm, I’ve gotten two Voltorbs, a makuhita, and a bramblin from here. I did get my rolycoaly and varoom from a different spot, but this should work fine

Used rock sandwich for stonjourner got 1, then went here for rolycoly and got 3, and a shiny larvitar xD and still got 13 minutes left on my sandwich (The larvitar is my 7th copy)

you missed a shiny magnemite at 9:42 :( such a great shiny
i recently shiny hunted voltorb whitout sandwitch or shiny charm only from a outbreak
9:42 the magnemite was shiny cause it had a gold tint and it wasn't the light source so idk If you missed it on purpose but you despawned
I don't know about easy Voltorb hunting, but I run into so many Shinies in Area Zero every day. Never would've thought.

Nice location, I'm averaging about 1 shiny per sandwich.
If you use a ground sandwich you will get also larvitar spawns
