the 30 degree rule shouldnt always be applied. As a radiant player myself, the timing of your satchels are proportional to your height in the air. i watched flights and mastered raze within a week. currently i am #26 in Asia.
QOTD: I like Bind, the problem is not with the map itself, it just happens that the other maps have a real "middle" (Icebox says hello) and bind does not. Middle on Bind would be A main which is very narrow and can be secured for a ton of time by any duelist (which utilities should not be used for this purpose). Also most of the time you can use the middle of any map to rotate in silence, on Bind it is impossible to go through the portal without the giant horn screaming on the entire map.
i LOVE BIND, its by far my favourite map awlays has been always will be. Matches here are never boring and you can do so much 200 iq moves with the teleporters and i think its quite nicely balanced between offense and defense

I learnt that a good way to practice air strafing and bunny hops is by ascent: all i did was go to A site to A main to A site or another good way to air strafe is by going to mid bottom stair to mid cubby box
One tip i have is if your like me and you are just used to spacebar for jump you can bind 2 buttons to jump so you can use space for jumping regularlly but scroll wheel for after scatchels when you ant to bhop

Been trying to apply different strats to the map but i feel clueless on what to do in it whereas in maps like Ascent, Split and even Icebox i can quickly think up alternatives to avoid a play that isn't working. In bind whether you go A or B, they both feel alike. the strats don't change a lot.

I know u asking for the comment is probably for the algorithm but anyways, I hate bind because for some reason whenever I play it I get matched up with people way better that know how to play the map better
Love bind, one sided maps are perfectly fine, its more a mental game... you know if the other team is comparable attacking is going to be tough, if you can grind out a few wins then when the switch happens your team needs to reset (more so if a slew of loses came towards the end). But for a bunch of randoms seeing a 3-9 or 4-8 even can seem like a mountain. Often times I find our team bombs the pistol round still down from the meat grinder that was attack... I almost feel that a short 1 min timeout for each team per game would be more beneficial then re-balancing the maps. it hit it every time going from attack to defense and remind the team we still got this... without it though I find constantly reminding my team, hey we 2-whatever or 3-whatever on attack, we play this well on defense and the game is ours helps a ton as they see it for what it is, every round win we can take off the other team while attacking is gold.

I am brimstone main and the narrow hallways on bind gives the orbital strike more venom that's why i love this map.

Bind is the best map in valorant. But when enemy keep 3 odin it's just immposible to atteck and plant the spike safely.
For me being a cypher/Skye main I think bind is good it's not the best but I have a couple good cypher setups and a few good flashes for Skye
