Karachi needs cinemas for films. Many film produceres wants to make movies. But cinemas are demolished .it is very big loss. Cinema honors were paid taxes to Government properly.also taxe paid on each cinema ticktes by public. So why cinemas closed. ? It is Goverment responsbility to revive and rebuild cinemas like Nishat, Prince ,Star, Lyric, Bambino, Odean, Regal , Arshi, Amber,Shirin,etc .

مجھے انگریزی فلموں کو دیکھنے کا شوق کیپری سینما کی وجہ سے ہوا اس میں پہلی فلم فرسٹ بلڈ 1984 میں دیکھی اور آخری فلم 2018 میں ڈونکی راجہ اپنے پوتوں کے ساتھ دیکھی یہ ایک بہترین سنیما ہے ہم جب نوجوان تھے تو ایک گھنٹہ پہلے ٹکٹ کے لئے دھوپ میں لائن لگا کر کھڑے رہتے اور لانڈھی سے آتے تھے اب سوچتا ہوں کیسے پیارے دن تھے اب وہ کشش ہی نہیں رہی لیکن یادیں آج بھی تازہ ہے آج بھی جب کیپری سینما کے سامنے سے گزرتا ہوں ایک عجیب فلینگ محسوس ہوتی آپ کے ویلاگ نے پھر شوق پیدا کردیا ہے کہ عید پرکوئی فلم دیکھنے کا پلان بناتا ہوں آپ بتا سکتے ہیں کہ عید پر کونسی فلم ریلیز ہونے والی ہے انگلش یا اردوی

جناب میرے خیال میں کیپری سینما کے سامنے سڑک پار کراچی کا سب سے بڑا گورنمنٹ گرلز اسکول جیکب لاٸینز تھا اور اسکی صبح و شام کی شفٹوں میں تقریباً تین ہزار لڑکیاں زیر تعلیم تھیں اور وہ اس کی تعمیر کے خلاف تھیں اس لیۓ بننے کے بعد اپنا غصہ نکالنےکے لیۓ اس پر پتھراٶکیاگیا تھا جس میں اسکول کی طالباتبھی شامل تھیں ۔۔ دوسری مرتبہ محرم کے جلوس والوں نے پتھراٶ کیا تھا کیونکہ کسی انگریزی فلم کے قابل اعتراض پوسٹر اور بینر لگے تھے ۔اس کے بعد اس انتہاٸیخوب صورت سینما کی باونڈری وال کو کافی اونچا کردیا گیا تھا ۔ کیپری سے چند قدم آگے نماٸیش کی طرف جاتے ہوۓ فوجی بیرکس میں سابق صدر پرویز مشرف رہتے تھے ۔ اور ایک فرلانگ دور جیکب لاٸین میں بنگلہ دیش کے صدر ضیاء الرحمن ٹی وی پروڈیوسر حیدر امام رضوی وقار عظیم شان الحق حقی گلو کار اخلاق احمد وغیرہ رہتے تھے ۔

اپ نے بہت پرانی یادیں تحفظہ کی بہت اچھا لگا مگر اپ نے بنیادی باتیں نہیں بتائیں اس ویڈیو میں جیسے کہ اس سینما کی ٹوٹل سیٹیں کتنی تھیں اگے والی سیٹ کا ٹکٹ کتنا تھا پیچھے والی کا کتنا تھا یا اس میں اس زمانے میں 1968 میں بوتل یا اس کے سنیکس کتنے کتنے کے ملتے تھے یہ اگر اپ بتاتے تو اور اپ کی ویڈیو میں دلچسپی پیدا ہو سکتی تھی مگر اپ نے نہیں بتائی جس کا میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ اپ کو اس ویڈیو کو اپ کو 10 میں سے چار نمبر دے سکتا ہوں
