I just updated my motherboard (for the first time in a decade) to an x570 tomahawk and my skullcandy indy evo's can connect perfectly!
I don't think I'll ever use over the ear headsets again when I can just use my wireless earbuds and mic, it's justl...SO...DANG...CONVENIENT.

I have a headset from Beexcellent and it's been a good $40 headset with RGB. The 7.1 sound has been very good and the mic is clear when I talk to people online. It only uses the USB port, no jacks. I've had it for almost a year and I only just discovered that there is a button to turn the RGB on and off LoL 🤣

Keep the top 5's coming. Like these. I have had good luck with the onikuma's from Amazon where inexpensive headsets are concerned. Mic and audio are always good but durability usually a problem. Might give the Beexcellent a try next time.

@@x_x1551 Redragon H510 is a great one. $50 normally, can even get for $40 or less on sale sometimes. Quality is way above what is typical for that price point, especially the mic.

They have been excellent over the last few months and I use them on average around 5-6 hours a day. comfort is good and I have never felt the need to take them off, the sound is excellent and the mic quality is pretty darn good for the price point imo.

Just spend a extra money on a Hyper X Cloud Stinger Core 7.1. It has a great sound and lots of nice basic features for $50. I have had it for about 7 months now and it is just as good as when I bought it.

The Turtle Beach Ear Force Recon 50x is a good headset for $25. I bought it for $40 about 2 years ago and its amazing for Xbox or PlayStation but for pc the wire is a bit short.
