Baby when I tell you I made this today! I madeee this today! Lol brilliant recipe, I mean I’m absolutely in love! Today was my cheat day for reaching my weight goal of 141, down from 164 in 3 months! I wanted to do a bbq chicken thigh meal with homemade coleslaw, homemade mac n cheese, and homemade peach cobbler! I followed this recipe accordingly and hit a home run! Solid 10/10 recipe 🔥
This was such a good recipe and so easy to make! The seasonings did wonders. You're literally my go-to when it comes to recipes since you get straight to the point and explain it very well. I cannot deal with those 20-30 min cooking videos, like come on just tell me what I need and how to do it dammit!!

Very happy with the outcome - DELICIOUS! , Im Gonna Keep watchin' you girl!?! Very, very Good... Well, B. I’ve made your fantastic BBQ chicken thighs recipe three times since I found you a month ago and I don’t even bother looking at anyone else’s recipes. I had to make a list of spices and other ingredients that I did not already have for your recipe so the first time I went and made this recipe, I had to wing it. Even modifying it, it came out so good I got applause! I never knew about the magic alchemy of using baking powder to make the skins crispy and it’s a perfect hit every time! Thank you for putting such a wonderful recipe out here in the ether for us! You are my go-to cook now, pretty lady!

I made this the other night for supper and got rave reviews. I live in a boarding house so I have a few roommates. One of my roommates cannot wear his dentures because of gum issues. He was concerned that the skin would be too rubbery for him but your tip to sprinkle with baking powder did the trick!! He was sooo happy to be able to eat the skin. I will always do that now.

After searching CZcams for an hour, I really enjoyed your simple how-to voice overs and recipe the most on baked BBQ chicken. I'm curious about baking powder and if u just pour it on with the other recipes or you use it like flour and bread the whole chicken thigh with it. Thank you, keep up the good work!
Making it right now , I used a butter chicken broth to baste it in between turns and cooked it at 350 degrees for a little bit longer. Stay tuned cause it lookin bomb 💣
