Btw, I have no college degree and neither does my wife but she's a natural at accounting and I had the defense experience to put 2 and 2 together. We have about 200 employees now and we're finally making money. My first couple years as an owner though we were taking out loans to pay employees. So we were in the negative, but over the years it's finally paid off.

- 20 min of weight/machine training
- 20 min of cardio(whether it be Eliptical or treadmill)
- 20 min of swimming (just doing laps) I then take a small break in the whirlpool.
Finally I head home.
So 20 mins of weight and 40 mins of cardio... swimming is cardio

@@mohamedabdourahman9845 if you’re trying to lose weight this is fine but if you’re trying to gain muscle you’re massively hurting your progress by pairing cardio with weight training. You want to do your cardio 6 (preferably 12) hours away from your weight training and typically after so that it doesn’t affect your performance on lifting. Cardio and weight training both have exact opposite affects on the body. There’s a reason big built guys even when they’re strong they have bad cardio. Cardio is good. But get it away from your weight training as much as you can.
My humble advice is that you have way too much cardio. I suggest split the week on cardio training and weight lifting training. You can still do a bit cardio before weights or after (or both) but 40 minutes cardio and only 20 weight is way too low to gain some muscle.

Read 10 pages a day. Workout each day and set weight goals. Learn an instrument. Listen to audio tapes to learn another language. Donate time at a soup kitchen. Helping others is it's own reward. You'll look back a year from now and love who you've become, and be excited about who you've yet to be. Stay focused King!🤴

@chimmichurri6940 absolutely.. think of anyone you've ever admired because of the way they treat others with kindness. Karma is real and you get what you put in. The more you treat others with kindness and respect the more you will see it in your life. My blessings always came in 10 fold to what I put out.

I respectfully disagree.....he should have advised her to tell her man the truth and face the consequences but he can't go snitch on her....that makes you one lousy pastor. She is probably done but as a pastor so is he.....your job is to help her on a spiritual level, not betraying her trust and ruin her relationship!

@@yoba867 You and I have a vey different opinion about what is the morally and consequentially right thing to do for the pastor. His job is to help her with her transgressions and to make sure it never happens again......not to throw her under the bus. No way is any woman in their community going to trust this pastor with anything beyond trivial ever again. Meaning the women are all going to pretend to be "fine" churchwomen while they might commit adultery left and right. He may have saved "one" sheep but in doing so he might have lost the flock.

I remember a few years ago, I was doing boxing (which I had been doing for a while then), and a girl at the gym was so cocky in the middle of the gym, yelling out how she would destroy any male in the gym, and boxing was all mental work. Me being the 15 year old, I decided to step in the ring and challenge her to a short round, knocked her out with 2 jabs and one left hook to the shoulder. Afterwards she claimed that I was “cheating” and a horrible person for hurting a girl.
