As a part time Janitor, Hearing these Twitch streamers complain about their donations, always get on my nerves.
they always say it's "hard work" as well, while looking down on jobs like waiter/cleaner/janitor etc etc. Yuck.
Right! It really irks me when they call streaming “work” when they have never even worked a real job a day in their life.

He was the best "supported" streamer on Twitch for 2 years.
He took two mortgages on two separate properties.
He filed for bankruptcy in 2020 and got more than $100,000 in credit card debt pardoned.

A while ago, somebody tipped the full three tiers upfront at the beginning of his SF6 stream and he refused to wear anything,
claiming that he gets heated as it is, and his stupid costume makes him sweat even more. Don't set the goals at all then.
He commented the last time he had a fit, that he was "dressing up like a four year old". No argument there.
He has talked about getting rid of those gimmicks and had suggestions, but only if he replaces them with other stupid gimmicks.
He will keep them for now, as anything he thought of, or was suggested, would be even more intrusive to the stream.

There's a lot to unpack with DSP.
While he criticizes others for only thinking about money, that is all he talks about.
If a stream has low support, he talks about it at the end of the day on his "daily wrap up", AND the next day on his so called "podcast".
He will drop a game after a few low supported streams, that is the main reason that he will abandon a game.
He's too toxic and too lazy to seek sponsors. He blames his detractors for not having sponsors, or even merch.
That is an old clip of him too, he used to not run ads and used that as a bragging point, but started running them a years or so ago.
When he did start them, he also mentioned that he would only run them at the minimum setting, but a little while later, they were set at full blast.
Wasn't DSP banned from taking on ads because he tried to get his viewers to interact with the ads on his videos?
@@evilrollo Ya, early on in the lore, I think when YT first monetized everything, he told his audience to click on the ads, which is against the TOS.
I'm not positive of the outcome, it was obviously temporary, whatever it was.
He was kicked out of the partnership program at Twitch for "hateful slurs". Apparently his trolls compiled clips of his homophobic, misogynistic and racial comments, said as "dark comedy", as DSP likes to try to shrug off.
They didn't boot him off the site, which I thought was odd, just took away his opportunity to earn cash through the site, and that was supposed to be temporary too, a year or something, maybe(?).
He figured that he would lose half his income, as a lot of people won't tip via paypal. That's when he returned to YT.

Another kind of streamer/youtuber I despise are those that are fake and feel the need to make jokes every second and talk over game dialogue. It’s cringey and comes off as fake. I also really don’t like it when they constantly show off their big ego and are too proud to accept criticism etc. I used to be a moderator for some other channel and a few months ago I left it because everything felt fake and I just wasn’t enjoying it as much. About DSP talking about Ad revenue, keep in mind that his views are really bad. His YT streams do fine and get about 200-300 viewers regularly, but first of all, after the streams are over, he privates them. And then, he cuts them up into hour-2 hour long segments. Those segments struggle breaking 500 views.
Basically, his ad revenue is trash because his views are trash.
He's got videos that are days old with less than a 100 views.

That's besides the point, though, basically, I just wanted to say that you are honestly one of my favorites if not my favorite CZcamsr because you seem really genuine and caring for your viewers. Also, I love that you expanded from more than just GTA Online! While I love that content, you also got me back into playing Fallout through your Fallout 3 playthrough and you are always the first person that I look for when searching for a playthrough of a game to watch. I'll name out my goals, but I always try to let my audience know that I appreciate it and all of that stuff. One of my concerns with being a smaller channel that feels more reliant on audience support, is if I'm coming off sounding like a dude who begs or if I'm sounding aggressive with it. It's why I try to make sure I let them know that I heavily appreciate anything that is given to me. Been grinding towards my ultimate goal being a full time content creator for many years now and it's definitely hard, but I'm always doing the best I can.
