Enjoyed this episode. Im from Canada and tried signing into Prime website for getting DNA Methylation package sent but docent seam like option for Canada is in drop down window. Im from British Colombia Canada and wondering if joining program is available those living out side of the US?
After having a cow share getting raw dairy, eating very organic, lots of animal products, but something was always missing.
However, the biggest miracle was getting a grain mill and milling all my own grains fresh to obtain the germ which contained vitamin E (aka the fertility vitamin), and B vitamin needed for proper metabolism. Not sure about my hormone levels as I haven’t tested, but we just haven’t been sick as much. When we do get sick, it’s very light. Turns out that vitamin E helps the immunity very much. Do a literature search. Wheat has tocotrienol form of vitamin e which will cross the blood brain barrier-most supplements will not do that. Wheat also has many minerals and Carotenoids. Again, this only works for milling fresh.
