Hello 👋🏻 I’ve been doing lash lifts for a little while but with a different more gentle solution and then tried the elleebana one shot solution. I tried it on my friend for the first time and realised quickly that I can’t choose the rod size as I did before as the solution is a lot stronger. My friend has quite normal hair thickness and they aren’t very long but almost growing downwards naturally. So as instructed I set the timer for 6 minutes and then 5 minutes, and unfortunately the lashes turned out way to curly and looked over processed. Then today I did my own lash lift, now that I knew better I used the medium sized rod and only left the solution on for 4,5 minutes and neutralising solution for only 3,5 and I have normal lashes with pretty normal thickness I would say if not a little on the thicker side. My lashes aren’t overprocessed but they turned out very very curly for the short period of time. I wouldnt want them any curlier. I feel like for the first 10 minutes they looked like a nice curl and once they dried they started to curl up more, same with my friend. So I wanted to see if you usually leave the solution on for 6 minutes. I would consider me and my friend as someone with very normal lashes and quiet a good lenght lash as well. Next time I would do my friends lashes with elleebana I probably try 4 min and then 3 for the second solution with the large rod. What is your most common processing time as someone who work regularly with the one shot system? Did you ever have that problem where they curled too much? I am a little scared to overprocess them now so would rather try a big rod with short processing time to make sure.
Hi Mary! Great questions! We always recommend taking our conversion course when switching from another line to fully understand our active ingredients and processes: panoplybeauty.com/collections/training For the One Shot system, 6/5 is typically our “go to” processing times, however there are a lot of aspects that play a part in this: 1. Choosing the correct rod/shield size is key to achieving a great lift (we recommend measuring 1/2-3/4 the way up) 2. Lotion placement must be done strategically, and we typically advise 3/4 the way up the lash 3. Each eye should have a separate timer 4. Be sure to fully rinse the lashes with water once removing step 2 5. Treatment room environment (heat, humidity, etc) can greatly effect the overall outcome of the lift Here is a blog that may help you out further: panoplybeauty.com/blogs/lash-lifting-411/troubleshooting-lash-lifts For more information on Elleebana products contact our director of education at any time: paige@panoplybeauty.com
If the lift wasn’t successful how soon can you relift them? How to determine the timing for the solution when you have them come back? If they have coarse long lashes do you recommend using shield or rod?
how do you so seamlessly place the pads and tape on the bottom lashes!! I have the worse time doing that! takes me forever and then the pad is pushing the lashes up and messing up the whole lift. can you help??
Hi Sarah! We use the Elleebana Makeup Remover to initially clean the clients eye area. At the end of the service we use plain water. 🙂 This demo was done with our Elleebana One Shot system. All products can be found on our website PanoplyBeauty.com.
Hi Laura! It’s best to have two separate timers. You’ll want to start the first timer after the lotion is applied completely to one eye, and start the second timer after the lotion is completely applied to the second eye. Time increments as small as 15-30 seconds can create different results, which is why we always recommend using separate timers.
Hi Mehrwush! You can purchase a mini or full size tint mint from the Elleebana distributor in your country. They are sold separately from our lash lifting kits. We ship everywhere in the USA. ☺️ PanoplyBeauty.com
Hi Karen! We can typically get two clients out of the One Shot sachets. 😊 You’ll want to make sure they’re stored correctly to use the remainder. Check out this blog post on product storage: panoplybeauty.com/blogs/lash-lifting-411/product-storage-one-shot-elleeplex-profusion-systems
good info- thank you for sharing. but so difficult to listen to or take serious as every sentence ends in a higher pitch "tune" than the beginning of a starting sentence.
Thank you such a big help ❤❤❤
This was one of the best learning videos on lash lifting. Thanks for sharing.

What do you use to clean her lashes and what product are you using for lash lift

Do you start the timer once solution applied to both eyes? Or when starting?

Do you get a tint in starter kit?
