The Marcato Atlas 150, in my opinion, is said to be one of the best Manual Pasta Makers. Is that correct? We'll find out in this video. It's highly durable and it's made in Italy. This is the most thorough video on the machine. NO ONE ELSR has included practical information such as the length,width and height of it. Or the thickness the clamp allows. OR how the pasta sheet can be up to 6 inches in width. Thank you!
I will say that I don't like that one has to buy an attachment to make the most common pasta such as spaghetti. I don't anyone who makes taglioni or fettuccine as their first choice. I'm including my trips to Italy.
