Plus a daedric quest, and tons of main quests, as well as being a main civil war location, and a place where you can do a quest for religion (kyne).

Dawnstar is so underrated, it has two daedric quests and one of them is literally one of Skyrims best quest (I don’t think i need to specify which one)
The Funny thing is, Morthal, Winterhold, Falkreath and Dawnstar are only remembered by one thing.
Winterhold: College of Winterhold
Falkreath: Dark Brotherhood and Hircine
Dawnstar: Brotherhood and the hidden chest
Morthal: I really don't know...
Falkreath is my favorite between these, despite being a Depressing city due to Graveyard.

Whiterun is overrated, solitude is so much better and actualy feels like a real city not a town with walls
I mean yeah. Its the capital, so it makes sense for it to be fancy. I dont like the layout though. Its huge. And not much happens there. Whiterun has a lot of relevancy and good quests. Solitude is ok, but I dont like running around draining all the stamina. And the quests tied to it are meh.
